Our large membership runs almost every day of the week and there are always different runs to suit all levels.
There are organised runs from Sunday to Friday and we support the Knockbracken parkrun every Saturday.

One of the benefits of joining CRC is that with such a large community of runners you can often arrange your own personal running sessions with likeminded people. Members often put out messages on WhatsApp to enlist runners for other informal runs.
