CRC has regular training sessions that any member can join in with. Our weekly training nights are Monday and Wednesday nights (in the Spring/Summer months an early morning Club run is included). There are also weekly informal group runs and social runs on a Sunday.
Communications are sent out every week via the social app Spond to explain the coaching sessions/Club running nights for the week ahead, giving members the opportunity to select which sessions they wish to attend.
