Couch to 5K programme
Over the course of a year the Club offers a number of new Couch to 5K programmes. To find out about the next programme contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our accredited coaches offer training sessions to support running development beyond 5K to 10k, half marathon and marathon distances.
Weekly Club runs
Many Club members meet weekly for social runs, training runs, long runs or quick short runs – there is something to suite everyone’s level of fitness.
