Our main base for running is Lough Moss Leisure Centre, Hillsborough Road, Carryduff.
From time to time runs will begin from Toasted Coffee Shop, Let’s Go Hydro or Eight South, depending on the activity, distance, time of day or exercises.
And we also finish where we started!
