We are Athletics NI affiliated, with over **200** members at a variety of abilities, varying in age from early 20s to 70! Whether you have never ran before, would like to get back into running or are an experienced runner who would like to improve your technique, we aim to cater for everyone. No experience needed. All of our CRC coaches, male and female, are LiRF trained and / or CiRF trained. Your first run is free and you do not need to be a member. 2. ### Talk to us Find the run leader when you arrive. They will put you with a group that runs at your pace. 3. ### Join when you are ready If it suits you, complete the membership form and pay the annual fee. Athletics NI affiliation is included.
